"The Rules" might be the worst thing that ever happened to women. Suffice it to say that playing games to manipulate your way into a relationship isn't exactly the ideal formula for love. And to be clear, the same goes for any of the guys who read "The Game". The real game is to avoid the game.

There were twenty-one praiseworthy emails from E-Cyrano customers this month. But this one's my favorite –from a very special client who's been working with me privately.

Dear Evan,

I can't begin to tell you how much working with Evan has changed my online dating experience. And really my whole outlook on dating. While I am still the same person who tried it a couple of years ago - I look pretty much the same and I act pretty much the same - somehow the package that you have put together is much more appealing and is getting me more hits, more dates and much more fun. I get a lot of comments telling me that my profile is great. While I'm not interested in all of the guys that write to me, I have quite a few that are good, which is a huge change from my last experience. I also feel that my better outlook on dating has made the guys more attractive. I'm no longer looking at them with my depressed glasses on, I'm looking at them in brighter light and with less critical eyes. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you for showing me another way to approach this crazy dating scene.
